Questions, Queries and concerns
We know that children learn best when they are happy, settled and feel safe at school. At our federation, we aim to work closely together to support every child.
If you have any questions, queries or concerns linked to your child's learning or their class, we invite you to speak to your child's teacher in the first instance. It may not be possible to speak to them immediately at the start or end of the day but they will always ensure that they arrange a suitable time to call or talk to you in person.
If you have a concern about your child's wellbeing or would like some family support, Mrs Lyon is always available. Please speak to her at the infant entrance in the morning or contact the school office to arrange a phone call or meeting.
If you have a concern that cannot be resolved by your child's teacher or Mrs Lyon, please ask to speak to Miss Underwood or Mr Braham. They are usually available but will always offer an appointment to see you if they cannot do so immediately.
We will always do all that we can to resolve any concerns that you have and hope that you feel listened to and understood in this process. We aim to find a suitable resolution to every concern that is shared. However if you are dissatisfied, we have a formal complaints procedure which can be found below.
